Thai Green Curry

Traditionally made with green chilies, the Thai Green curry is generally milder than its red counterpart, however at Yama's you can customise the spiciness of the dish to suit your own spice level. Over the years, chefs have looked at ways to make the Green curry more 'green', and have done so by adding herbs such as coriander, basil, and lime leaves, giving the Thai Green curry a more citrus-y taste.
